So it's true, you never know what you've got till it's gone. Long story short, lost some hair, growing it back, want to keep it in great shape. I've been trying a number of different hair treatments. Overnight treatments, leave in treatments, masques, deep conditioners, you name it. (in fact I needed to get a rolling toolbox to house my products, guilty indulgence) So with this product, it's preshampoo, you put a tablespoon of product in your wet hair and focus on your ends. Run a comb through your preshampooed hair and leave the product on for 15 minutes. (I used the Mebco Tortoise Shower Detangler, for combing through my hair). I rinsed it out and va-va-voom i could feel some massive body. I finished shampooing and conditioning as I normally do and I could still feel some really thick hair on my head, normally my hair is fine and wavy. I let it air dry without product and it's so fluffy and wavy and pretty. I dig it.
I probably won't use it everyday, even though I want to, because of cost. But it's quite fantastic and I will continue to purchase it. I really like Burt's Bees products. I do wish they found a more economical earth friendly way to do refills, but I'll take it as it is.
