Okay I've struggled with hair thinning and hair loss for the past 10 years...Im in my early 20's and its been depressing to have limp lifeless hair, men used to tell me how horrible my hair was. My hair felt stronger, smoother, silky, and just wonderful that I shed a few tears. I have been taking them for a couple of months now and my hair has drastically improved, its more bouncy now, it has more weight, you can notice the pony tail how thicker it has gotten...Im shocked and impressed. I feel confident now and will never stop taking these. They have made my nails strong too and skin is nice...but the most impact was on my hair and i love it!
