The cap of the bottle flips up and you have this little hole that just squirts out the leave in conditioner and makes it hard to get nice, even coverage. I have fixed this by replacing the top with the top of a spray bottle. As for the product itself, it works great. My hair feels soft and more manageable. It comes in handy after bleach and heat damage.
