I am african american, and i brought the product to fill in the edges of my hair - i am transitioning to natural hair, and i want to be able to wear my hair out without seeing any thinness. I put the creme on my hair once a week, on the edges, and the rest of my scalp, add a heavier conditioner like castor oil, or shea butter oil to the rest of my hair, put a plastic cap on, and leave it in overnight. I wash it out the next day, and continue with my own routine. I have seen an improvement in the look of my edges, and i hope to see more. Unlike what another reviewer said, there is no mineral oil in the product, so if you have relaxed or pressed hair, beware - the main ingredient is water.
If you are looking for a quick fix - this isn't it, but all good things take TIME.
