I tried this product because the regular pills were huge and hard to swallow. These are convenient because they are chewable but I have to say they taste pretty terrible. I find myself skipping doses and avoiding it. There are other products available like soft chews that I will try instead. But, if you can handle the taste, these are decent. Other products seem to contain more MSM.
