I've had thyroid and hormonal problems for about five years now. In the last year and a half my hair has rapidly fallen out to the point that I thought I was going bald. I came across Hair, Skin and Nails and decided to give it a try. For about three months I saw a slight improvement, but after that, the improvement was remarkable. I credit these with saving my hair- there is nothing else that I changed that could have made the difference. It was to the point I could see thru the top of my hair to my scalp, but these have changed all of that. I now buy a couple bottles at a time so I don't run out- I will never stop using these. They do make my nails grow faster, but unfortunately, they are still thin.
