I have only been taking this for two days so for right now there is no apparent difference in the hair skin or nails department. I have noticed that my urine is a bright yellow color so i have been drinking more water. The tablets have a smell to them which you do not notice after the first time. They are easy to take with water so the size is not a problem. Overall, an ok experience.
