EYELASH GROWTH SERUM - Grow Longer Eyelashes and Thicker Eyelashes Promotes Eyelash Growth - New Growth formula provides fuller thicker lashes with eyelash conditioner ingredients. Review
this was advertised by C&D Sellers as 'Eyelash & Brow Growth Serum'. I purchased it for both eyelashes AND eyebrows.after 5 days -- 10 applications -- i noticed that the vial was only 25% full although it is advertised as 6.5 ml. After 14 applications, the serum was dispersed and there were large air pockets throughout the vial. Also, the applicators was now almost dry.C&D told me that they checked 100 vials they had in stock and they were all the same, and that the serum settles to the bottom. I have never heard of liquid 'settling'. i paid $9.73 + about $5+ for s&h and C&D refunded $5.00 but when i wrote them again and complained that the applicator was nearly dry, they told me that i should purchase it from another seller. In addition, the directions were for eyelashes only. This product came in a box marked 'DHC eyelash tonic'. DHC sells it for $13. on the box the return address is dhc corporation, minato-ku, tokyo. everything else was written in Japanese and Chinese. I've written to DHC and plan to contact the Better Business Bureau. i think i've been scammed.
