Gro Protect Solutions aka GPS is a great solution if you need/want to wear "quick weaves" for financial reasons, convenience or lack of time kind of reasons, also a quick way to alternate styles. It's very easy to use and and does exactly what it says it will do. I apply a conditioning protein gel (mousse is fine too) to my own wrapped and ponytail hair and I sit under dryer until gel dry then I apply GPS and sit under dryer for about 10 minutes. Once your hair is completely dry you proceed with laying tracks using hair glue. When it is time to take out, usually in 2-3 weeks you simply run your hair under water and massage the tracks until they fall off your hair (without breakage). GPS is water soluble so no "glue remover" is necessary. Sometimes I will pre-loosen the tracks by spraying plain water on tracks prior to rinsing hair out. Its not as easy to do in the shower as it is using a regular kitchen or tub faucet. I live in Dallas, TX area and getting a sew in weave can be expensive in this area, so this is a great alternative that is easy to do myself in less than 2 hours.
