I started using this about a month ago, along with the vitamins, and I've seen hair growth and a positive change in my hair's condition. I like the tingling in my scalp that I get from using the elixir, and it seems like my hair and scalp are cleaner after using it.
The smell is strong, sort of like eucalyptus, but it's not unbearable. I recommend using it twice a week and following with a good shampoo and deep conditioner.
